For every opportunity, it generates fraud and optimization signals before the budget is committed and before downstream systems even engage.</p> <p>The system processes billions of bid requests per day (5M+ per second at peak) and returns decisions in ~10ms end-to-end. Behind it sits a data platform ingesting ~500B events per day (~465TB) from global mobile activity.</p> <p>We build large-scale ETL and feature pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow (Apache Beam), Dataform, and Airflow, and train ML models and generate statistical signals from massive historical datasets. The real-time layer consumes these artifacts via ultra-low-latency services backed by Bigtable, deployed across multiple regions to meet aggressive latency and availability targets.</p> <p>Built at AppsFlyer, the world's leading mobile measurement and attribution platform, this is a greenfield initiative with new architecture, new infrastructure, and direct influence on product and business decisions.
