<p><strong>What you have:</strong></p>

<li>3–5+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or revenue controlling in a global SaaS or technology company with a clear focus on top-line and sales compensation</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and ARR mechanics and iinterest in AI tools and data automation, with the ability to apply them to analysis and process improvement</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive plans, or sales compensation processes</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills, Power BI and Pigment. SQL - an advantage</li>
